Once planning approval is secured (if required), our team finalises construction drawings used by contractors, consultants, and suppliers during execution.

Material & Finish Selection

Construction Documentation
All approvals, drawings, specifications, and schedules are consolidated into comprehensive construction documents, providing a clear roadmap for accurate and efficient project execution.

Stage 1
Site Preparation
The site is prepared for construction by clearing existing structures if required, leveling the ground, and excavating for the foundation to ensure a stable base for the build.
Stage 2
Foundation
A strong foundation is constructed to support the structure. Depending on design and site conditions, this may include slab-on-ground, stumps, or basement foundations using concrete or masonry systems.
Stage 3
Structural Framework
The main structure of the building is formed, including walls, floors, and roof framing. This stage defines the shape and strength of the home using timber, steel, or approved structural materials.
Stage 4
Lock-Up (External & Internal)
The building is enclosed with roofing, external walls, windows, and doors to protect it from the elements. Internal services such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are installed to support functionality and comfort.
Stage 5
Internal & External Finishes
Interior spaces are completed with flooring, cabinetry, doors, fixtures, and finishes, while exterior works such as paving, fencing, and surface finishes are carried out to complete the overall appearance.
Stage 6
Final Inspections & Testing
Comprehensive inspections and system testing are conducted to ensure compliance with building standards and quality requirements. Any final adjustments are completed to deliver a move-in-ready home.
Handover
Completing the journey with confidence and care
Stage 1
Occupancy
Once all approvals are in place, the property is officially handed over. Keys are provided, and the space is ready for immediate occupancy and everyday use.
Stage 2
Maintenance Period
Following handover, we provide post-completion support to address any issues that may arise. All reported items are reviewed and resolved within the maintenance period, with urgent matters attended to promptly.
